As a Clover & Crow client, you only expect the best, and as such we have put in place a system to ensure optimal organization and flow. You will be provided with a detailed plan outlining how to submit content and when to sign off / approve work. You'll also be able to access a remote task management program which will allow you complete transparency during the process. Below is a detailed plan of what working together will look like.
In our initial conversation, we'll review your project as well as a time-line and pricing so that we can make sure everyone’s on the same page. Once we’ve agreed to work together, details are finalized, contracts are signed and a deposit is made. You’ll also receive a link to an online task management software called ClickUp where you can keep up to date on content submission deadlines, client homework as well as any meetings we have arranged.
You’ll then be prompted to complete an online questionnaire to help us understand your desired brand direction, demographic and goals. When working with web projects, you’ll receive a form that prompts you to share important details about your business. This information will be inputted into the back-end of your site to ensure a fully functioning and comprehensive web presence.
Next you’ll put together visual inspiration within a private Pinterest pinboard. The goal is for you to fill the board with typography, colours, and imagery that you feel is in line with your ideal brand aesthetic. After analyzing your consultation, questionnaire, and Pinterest board, it’s then time to research your competition, target market and your brands passion and purpose. For brand clients, we'll begin building an in-depth brand strategy. A visual mood board and initial colour palette is also presented.
After you’ve approved the brand strategy, we’ll begin concept development. You’ll then receive an in-depth concept presentation where we walk you through everything created thus far. With web clients, we will design a home page. Fonts, graphics, colours and photography begin to form and develop a presence and theme. This is where you start to see the merging of perfect mixtures of aesthetics for your brand at which point it’s then your turn to provide honest, detailed feedback.
Once the overall design is approved and revisions are made, a brand / or website is created. We’ll prompt you with specific questions to make sure our creative executions are meeting the needs of your business goals. Once a site is created, we will meet to go over the completed design. This is where we fine tune the design, and ensure the end product is fit for launch.
Once we’ve completed any revisions, it’s time to wrap up loose ends and release your vision into the world. You will be billed for your remaining balance and as soon as the final payment is received, we’ll send you a download link to access your files. Then it’s time to celebrate!
