Though we mainly offer per package pricing, we know that every client we work with is unique and has their own specific needs, therefore we always suggest booking a discovery call so we can discuss how we can help address your goals and whether we’d be a good fit for each other. Full investment rates are provided at the end of the call in the form of a customized proposal outlining everything discussed, but typically most of our clients fall in around the $8 - $30K range, depending on how many solutions they require at the time. Our packages are robust and intended to set your business up for success for the next 5-10 years allowing you to build solid, uninterrupted brand awareness with high engagement and conversion rates. When it comes to designing a logo, it’s been industry standard that designers deliver multiple concepts to their client. When this happens, inevitably the client will always pick their favourite, bringing personal preference into the design process. The problem with this is as the designer, we are not only creating a brand for our client, we are creating a brand for our client’s target market. It does no good for a client or their business to love a logo that is not effective with their audience and doesn’t meet their market goals.

To bridge this gap, a strong foundation is key and so we always start every project off with a full consultation. Clients are then given a questionnaire and promoted to submit a Pinterest board so we can see what they’re naturally drawn to. Thorough market research is done to determine the client’s target market, age range, trends and competitors. A brand strategy is then presented and approved before concept development begins. This way everyone’s on the same page, right from the get-go. From there, we start building the brand working with one comprehensive concept that meets all the necessary checkboxes. This approach allows us to merge key goals that fit the client’s niche as well as appeal to their own unique brand passion, delivering a fully comprehensive service that ensures the greatest value for the client’s business needs.

The beginning stages for any design we offer is rooted in strategy and because of this, we do not offer just logo designs. We’re strong believers (and we’ve seen the proof in the pudding) that in order for any business to succeed, there needs to be a why behind the design. Establishing a strong foundation is key and so branding is always the stepping stone to working with us. From there, we offer an array of à-la-carte services that can be included in your project scope. This would include print design (business cards, letterheads, advertisements, brochures, note cards, etc.), packaging design, illustration, branded photography, online advertising (social media tiles, reels, stories and ads) art direction, retainer services and web design and development.

We understand working with a design studio is an investment. Typically we require a 25% deposit in order to secure your spot in our schedule, the other 75% is broken up in instalments during the contact with the final amount due before final files are sent.
