Vessel came to us on the cusp of developing their second location. Fueled by the pending expansion, they decided it was the perfect opportunity to invest in a full re-brand and take their business to the next level. We partnered with Vessel to create their brand identity, various print collateral from business cards and menus, to window vinyl, hanging station signs and more. In addition, we reconstructed and finessed their website to further carry their new branding to their online presence.
Vessel’s ethos is to highlight the craftsmanship of their menu and let the food do the talking, which is precisely how we approached their brand. The primary logo is constructed of strong yet simple letterforms with subtle details added to create balance and intrigue to the overall design.
The color palette of rich tones is inspired by the diverse ingredients used and offers warm and cool hues that bring balance and synergy. As their menu is ever-changing to reflect the current season, it was essential that their branded elements support both their creativity as well as future expansions.
All their printed and packaging designs - from business cards, tray liners, takeout containers and window vinyl to menus, posters and apparel - were carefully crafted to excite, inspire and charm. Each piece works together - both cohesively and independently.
